Royce Brook Media, is committed to delivering exceptional value. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations across our services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- A product or service is defective or not as described.
- The customer cancels a service before it has been provided or before any work has commenced.
- An error occurs on our end, such as duplicate charges.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already rendered or work already completed.
- Digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Situations where the customer changes their mind after the service has begun.
Monthly Service Cancellations
After the initial 90-day implementation period, all ongoing Outspire services are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our team at monte@roycebrookmedia.com with your order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
